AIM Physical Therapy
We strive to help you achieve improved balance, posture, strength and function through physical therapist led group wellness/fitness classes in the convenience of your own home.
We meet 4 mornings per week from 9AM to 10AM PST.
If you can't join us at that time, no worries, there are many recordings to choose from to allow you to get your exercise in at the time of day that works best for you.

Hi, I'm Katy!
I grew up in Eugene, OR and attended Washington State University for my undergraduate degree (Go Cougs!), and then attended Pacific University in Forest Grove where I received my Masters of Science in Physical Therapy.
My husband and I have 3 children and after 6 years in Portland, OR we relocated to Bend. We love Central Oregon and appreciate all that it has offered our family over the past 17 years.
Since graduating from Pacific University 23 years ago, I have worked in the settings of outpatient neurological rehabilitation services, acute care services in the hospital, and most recently I started my own business, AIM Physical Therapy Bend.
AIM is an acronym for Awareness In Motion.

The silver lining of the pandemic for me is that my business has evolved to being online.
I am having so much fun teaching hour long exercise/wellness classes four days per week to wonderful individuals (all over Oregon, California, etc.) who want to feel as good as they can.
My clientele consists of active aging adults, many of whom are dealing with osteopenia or osteoporosis and some who are not.
We all have our issues or conditions that we are navigating, so I provide a lot of modifications throughout the class.
I have listened to and learned so much from my clients over the years, and believe that the most important thing is to keep moving and to have some fun along the way...we do that!
