What's Included:

• You will be receiving 4 classes per week or approximately 16 classes per month.
• I teach classes on M/T/Th/F from 9-10 AM PST. All classes are 60 minutes long.
• You have the option of participating in a live class or you can participate later at a more convenient time with a recorded class.
• I will be teaching every exercise class.
• There will be education delivered on a quarterly basis that will either be taught by me or by someone in our community. Stay tuned!
